"Perched high on the mist-shrouded slopes of Chalatenango, at an astounding 1,900 meters above sea level, grows some of the most vibrant Pacamara El Salvador has to offer. This remarkable lot is cultivated by Maura Veronica Tejada, a standout leader and true star among female coffee producers in the region.
Harvested at peak ripeness, the cherries are carefully depulped, fully washed, and slow-dried for 14 days on raised beds. This deliberate process brings out an exceptionally clean, juicy cup bursting with vibrant sweetness and distinct notes of fresh tropical pineapple.
But far beyond its exceptional cup profile, this coffee represents a partnership we hold deeply close to heart. Having worked alongside Maura across multiple harvests, it is a testament to trust, mutual respect, and what happens when relentless dedication to craft meets long-term collaboration."
